Predator Sniper Fur Taker Predator Mouth Call Pack
The Predator Sniper Fur Taker Predator Mouth Call Pack contains two calls that produce a variety of enticing sounds. The Fur Taker is a long-range open-reed call that produces rabbit in distress calls as well as the mandatory vocalizations of younger coyotes, including the much-needed coyote KiYi. Open reed calls are noted for their versatility as well as volume, since the caller can vary both pressure and position on the reed and tone board as well as the volume of air exerted. Also, bird distress sounds can be produced by using slight tooth pressure close to the tip of the reed, and tilting the call from side to side.
The Fur Taker II is a closed-reed call that features a soft, pliable mouthpiece that protects the reed as well as simplifies the calling techniques. Closed-reed calls are most effective when working predators at closer distances. With the protective rubber mouthpiece, the caller can apply lip/tooth pressure to the tip of the reed without damaging it. Rabbit in distress cries, bird chirps, coyote vocalizations, turkey sounds and great fawn deer distress bleats are all possible with this remarkable call. To make the fawn bleats, turn the call around and suck air through the call.
Both calls are extremely lightweight and designed to be used hands-free, so you can follow your quarry all the way in, with your riflescope, and use the Fur Taker as needed, right up until the firing pin drops onto the cap. The Fur Taker tips the scales at an amazingly lightweight 6 grams, and the Fur Taker II weighs just 11 grams.
Naturally, these calls work equally well on other predators such as bobcat and fox; so don’t be surprised if a red or bobbed tail shows up instead of a coyote.
