Standard Fleshing Knives These Standard Fleshing Knives have a place in the fur shed.  The smallest one has a blade that is 1" x 8" and is good for mink and muskrats. The middle sized one has a blade that is 1 1/2" x 12" and is used for racoon and fox.  The large one has a blade that is 2" x 16" and is used for coyote, bobcat and large raccoon.
