This MB "The Cutting Edge" Fleshing Knife is a supreme quality fleshing knife that was developed over a 30 year period. It has a blade length of 18 3/8" and has an overlong length of 27 3/8" including the oak handles. Despite the quality steel and oak handles, the knife weighs in at just under two pounds which is considerably less than most fleshing knives of comparable size.
